We send out all parcels the following working day after the order has been placed. Find our shipping prices and our expected delivery times below:

Express Shipping (1-2 working days) £5.99
Europe delivery
Standard Shipping (3-7working days) £12.00

RETURN POLICY
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please DO NOT return any items after 14 days unless advised to do so by one of our customer service agents. If you decide to return your item(s) after the 14 day period, we will hold them for up to 7 days, which enables you to arrange a courier to collect it/them. After 7 days, the items will be disposed of. We will not be responsible for financing the cost of returning these items back to you. Please ensure you email info@asterinclothing.com to inform us of any collections. Failure to do so may result in the collection being refused.
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with their tags still attached. Any items returned washed/damaged/clearly used/with tags removed will NOT be accepted, and your refund/exchange will be refused. Any items we receive that we believe have been tampered with will be held at our warehouse for 7 days to give you the opportunity to arrange a courier to collect them, after which point the items will be disposed of. We will not be responsible for financing the cost of returning these items back to you. Please ensure you email info@asterinclothing.com to inform us of any collections. Failure to do so may result in the collection being refused.
Sale items are non-refundable, however we do offer exchanges and voucher codes.

Please follow the returns instructions on the returns slip you receive with your order. Please note - you can only make a return if your item(s) is in it's original condition; unworn, unwashed, with their tags still attached. IF YOU ARE RETURNING ITEMS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST.
HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE
When we receive your returned item(s), they will be checked and placed onto our systems. We will then email you to say that your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 8-10 working days for returns to be processed and a further 7 working days for payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
